First of all thanks a lot for your comment, im gonna try it out with the links and blogs... I dont think its a special regulus thing. I just opened a new page. Put news on top of it and wrote something in the editor, you can actually divide your little entries with one button above the editor... i wrote the date my myself...thats it.
